99. An educational childcare provider must ensure that no alcoholic beverage is drunk in the facility or in the residence where childcare is provided, during the hours when childcare is provided. In the case of a home educational childcare provider, that obligation extends to the outdoor yard, if it is sometimes used while childcare is being provided, and to the outbuildings in the yard, if applicable. If the yard and outbuildings are shared, the home educational childcare provider must make sure no alcohol is consumed there by any person residing with the home educational childcare provider.
